Permit Inspections Workflows in MetaField
Simplify how your team manages permit inspections in MetaField.
You can now track permit inspections directly within MetaField using activity workflows enabling customers to:
- Define the Permits and Inspections required for each project
- Capture inspection details using our configurable forms engine, ensuring compliance with governing jurisdiction requirements
- Assign administrator access to manage jurisdictions and project-specific permits, so only the right team members can control these data points
This new workflow streamlines how inspections are tracked, helping your teams stay organized and compliant.

Resolved Issue: Calculate if Hidden Setting
We fixed an issue where certain uses of the Calculate if Hidden setting on form fields did not correctly apply the associated visualization rule. In some cases, users reported that bulk record editing did not display these fields as expected.

New and updated templates now available in the Forms Store
New and updated form templates are now available in the Forms Store, giving your team access to the latest industry standards and added functionality. It’s easy to bring these templates into your Forms Library and start using them right away.
For those who have access to the Forms Store, follow these three easy steps to access the Forms Store and import these templates into your Forms Library today!
Navigate to Admin > Select Forms & Reports Library > Click on the Forms Store button in the top right-hand corner.
Quickly locate new and updated templates by filtering in the search bar with "New" and "Updated" tags.
