MetaField Training Center
Training Data No Longer Pre-Populated for New Users
In the past, training data was preloaded into MetaField Training Center for users to interact with during training. However, this data was not being fully utilized by participants and often led to confusion. As a result, this feature has been removed from the system for new users.
Invoicing
Work Order Populating Billing Transactions When Added in Review
Resolved an issue where billing transactions added in Review (QC) where not always showing the associated work order when reviewing results in invoicing. This item has been resolved and moving forward any transactions added will have this relationship displayed.
Records Can Be Moved with Unbilled Billing transactions
Field and Lab records can be moved to an alternative project if all associated billing transactions are unbilled. If the billing transaction has already been billed, the system will prevent a deletion.
Resolved Issue with Billing Transactions and Service Dates
When filtering by service date in Invoicing and the Billing Transactions Data Extracts, the system would sometime display different transactions. This issue is now resolved so both areas will display the same item.
Forms Store
New and updated templates now available in the Forms Store
New and updated form templates are now available in the Forms Store, giving your team access to the latest industry standards and added functionality. It’s easy to bring these templates into your Forms Library and start using them right away.
For those who have access to the Forms Store, follow these three easy steps to access the Forms Store and import these templates into your Forms Library today!
Navigate to Admin > Select Forms & Reports Library > Click on the Forms Store button in the top right-hand corner.
Quickly locate new and updated templates by filtering in the search bar with "New" and "Updated" tags.
