Sample, Report, & Activity Administration
Administration
Who can use this feature?
By default, System Administrators
Purpose
In the Admin module, you can manage and optimize Activities, Lab Samples, and Reports. Each has a dedicated area in Admin:
Activity > Activity Administration
- Available actions
- Permanently delete Activity Records
- Restore deleted Activity Records
- Move Activity Records from one project to another
- An Activity must first be deleted in Quality Control before it can be deleted in Activity Administration.
Reports > Report Administration
- Available actions
- Permanently delete reports previously marked as deleted in Delivery
- Correct reports incorrectly marked as Delivered
- If a report was incorrectly published to AgilePort, that report will need to be unpublished before it can be deleted from AgilePort.
LIMS / Samples > Sample Administration
- Available actions
- Delete lab samples
- Renumber or move sets of samples
- View reported-on details across samples
- Note: Please notify the lab of any samples that are deleted or moved.
Concrete / Grout / Mortar > Sample Administration
- Available actions
- Delete lab samples
- Renumber or move sets of samples
- View reported details (sample notes, placement location, etc.)
- Note: We recommend notifying the lab of any modifications to sets (deleted, moved, renumbered).
