How to Enable Text/SMS Notifications

Field users can enable Text/SMS Notifications to receive timely, reliable updates on their work orders. Follow these steps to enable this feature for your account:

1. Press Account settings → Profile in the upper-right of your screen
2. Press Edit Profile
3. Enter your phone number, then check Send me work order notifications via SMS
4. Press Save Profile

After saving, you will begin to receive text/SMS notifications for your work orders.
