Help Desk & What's New


Who can use this feature?

All MetaField users


Purpose

MetaField Training Center offers tools to help you navigate the app and make the most of each release, including:

  • Help Desk: An in-app resource center used to search Help content (articles, videos, links)
  • What's New: In-app slides highlighting new features and updates in the latest release

This article will explain how to access and use these features.


Help Desk​

Help Desk is your in-app resource center, with searchable Help articles, videos, and links. Access it by clicking the “?” icon in the left-hand navigation. Search by topic or browse folders to find the guidance you need.


What's New

What's New slides help you stay up to date on the latest MetaField features and announcements. Access from any page by clicking the Bell icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.


Premium Training Guides (Paid Add-on)

Training Center also offers step-by-step, role-based training via our Premium Training Guides. This is a paid feature available on the Enterprise Package—or Professional Package as a purchasable add-on. For more information, contact your Customer Success Manager or visit this Help page.
