Tuttle, along with Matt Balster of Braun Intertec will provide insights on conquering data inefficiencies for increased cash flow and profits

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – May 2, 2019 – Agile Frameworks®, the leading provider of collaborative, cloud-based corporate, field, and lab information management enabling Profitable Engineering® for the construction and engineering services sector, today announced that its CEO Bob Tuttle will be a featured speaker at the upcoming 2019 American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Annual Convention in Washington D.C.

Architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) firms have no shortage of data – however, when data is spread across PDFs, spreadsheets, and paper documents, it can create costly inefficiencies that can put a strangle-hold on cash flow and profits.

During the session, “Tackling Data and Process Inefficiencies for Increased Cash Flow and Profitability,” May 6 at 4:30 p.m., Tuttle will lead a presentation focused on the analysis of business processes in two large, multi-disciplinary firms, to identify and quantify process inefficiencies and create a plan for overall improvement.

Tuttle will be joined by Matt Balster, principal/national CMT Leader, Braun Intertec Corporation, a premier geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting and testing firm, who will talk about how Braun leveraged this Productivity Maturity Model to tackle its project and process inefficiencies.
