Reporting
Report Preview / Review Window Usability Improvements
MetaField's report preview and review windows have been updated for a more consistent and streamlined experience, now featuring a larger, uniform size across the platform.
Additionally, users can expand any report preview to full screen by clicking the “Full Screen” toggle in the preview title bar.
Admin
Certifications Updates
Users can now filter the Certified Personnel list in Admin → Certifications by the status of the technician linked to each certification.
For example, you can view certifications held only by technicians with an "Active" status—helpful for accreditation and compliance purposes.
Certification expiration notifications will now be sent only for technician users with an "Active" status in MetaField. Previously, these notifications were triggered for all users, regardless of their status.
Extracts
Access Form Records directly from Billing Costs Data Extract
Users can now review form records more efficiently from the Billing Data Extracts table.
Clicking the link in the Sample / Test Number column opens the associated form record in a new browser window, making it easy to review and update information without navigating away from the billing data.
Now Available - Permit Inspections
Permit Inspections can now be managed within MetaField
MetaField now supports permit inspection workflows, allowing firms to efficiently schedule and complete inspection tasks while ensuring results are accurately documented and ready for submission to the appropriate regulatory agencies.
A new Permit Inspection tile on the Home Screen provides instant insight into each project's progress, helping teams stay organized and on track throughout the process.

Forms Store
New and updated templates have been added to the Forms Store
For those who have access to the Forms Store, follow these three easy steps to access the Forms Store and import these templates into your Forms Library today!
Navigate to Admin > Select Forms & Reports Library > Click on the Forms Store button in the top right-hand corner.
Quickly locate new and updated templates by filtering in the search bar with "New" and "Updated" tags.
