Record Relationships Update
The billing transaction table now displays technician initials, report numbers, sample numbers, and direct links to related reports. These additions provide instant access to essential details, helping users quickly identify and verify each transaction.
You can also choose to show technician initials and report numbers on invoices by adjusting the invoice table settings.
We’ve streamlined project financials by replacing the "Work In Progress (WIP)" column with a more intuitive "Unbilled" column. This update gives teams a clear view of unbilled amounts for each project, enhancing transparency and supporting more accurate billing.
With this change, users can easily spot outstanding revenue and prioritize invoicing efforts more effectively.
A new filter for client has been added to the project search bar, making it easier to find projects by client name. This improvement simplifies navigation—especially for users managing multiple accounts or clients.

Forms Store
New and updated templates have been added to the Forms Store
For those who have access to the Forms Store, follow these three easy steps to access the Forms Store and import these templates into your Forms Library today!
Navigate to Admin > Select Forms & Reports Library > Click on the Forms Store button in the top right-hand corner.
Quickly locate new and updated templates by filtering in the search bar with "New" and "Updated" tags.
