Delivery

Large reports will be sent as links

Changed

To ensure reliable delivery, reports larger than 15MB will now be sent as download links rather than email attachments. This enhancement is designed to improve the recipient experience while giving administrators better visibility into report delivery activity.

The update includes two key improvements:

  • For users: Reports will continue to be delivered based on existing delivery settings and email messaging. If a link expires, users can now easily request a new one to be sent.

  • For administrators: Delivery details will continue to be recorded in the Email Log, now with added information showing when a link has been re-requested—offering better tracking and transparency.

No additional configuration is required—this update will apply automatically.

Report Designer

Report element limit increased to 1000

Updated

Report Designs now support up to 1,000 elements, giving you more flexibility to customize and tailor reports to your needs.

MetaField Featured on Advancements with Ted Danson

Highlighting the people who build our world and the tools that empower them

Engineers play a quiet yet powerful role in shaping the world around us—maintaining our infrastructure, solving complex challenges, and making everyday life safer and more efficient. Their expertise and dedication are what drive meaningful change.

We were honored to be featured on a recent episode of Advancements with Ted Danson, which spotlighted the engineering profession and the supportive role technology can play. In partnership with the Geoprofessional Business Association (GBA) and STRATA Inc., the segment shares how tools like MetaField help engineering professionals focus more on what they do best—by simplifying processes, enhancing accuracy, and saving valuable time.

Watch the full segment to see how technology can elevate, but never replace, the essential work engineers do every day.
