Billing
Billing transactions may be grouped by work order or cost type
Customers can now choose to group billing transactions on an invoice by work order or cost type. With this enhancement, transactions are automatically organized into separate tables based on the selected grouping method, creating a clearer and more structured invoice layout.
Additionally, users can define a custom order, enabling manual organization of invoices while still using the familiar tables and groups previously available.
Projects
Copying project specifications will send an email once complete
Previously, copying project specifications required you to remain on the screen for several minutes while the process completed. Now, when a user copies project specifications from one project to another, they can continue working in MetaField and will receive an email notification once the copy process is complete.
Upon selecting Copy, a message will appear informing the user that this email will be sent after the task finishes.
No configuration changes are required to take advantage of this update.
Forms Store
Safety and evaluation forms are now available in the Forms Store
We’re excited to announce that Safety and Evaluation form templates are now available in the Forms Store. These templates can be searched and imported directly into your environment, ready for use by both field and lab staff.
For those who have access to the Forms Store, follow these three easy steps to access the Forms Store and import these templates into your Forms Library today!
Navigate to Admin > Select Forms & Reports Library > Click on the Forms Store button in the top right-hand corner.
Quickly locate new and updated templates by filtering in the search bar with "New" and "Updated" tags.
