Scheduling
Work order import update
When importing work orders via CSV, we fixed issues with the Requested Date field, the “As Available” selection, and the visibility of work orders in My Assignments and the Technician/Day View.
Technician view performance improvement
Decreased day-to-day navigation time in Technician View from 40+ seconds to under 10 seconds.
Pending field action page corrected
Fixed timeouts on the Pending Field Actions page when clearing filters; the page now loads within acceptable performance limits, even with large datasets.
Configurable Forms
Maximum number of records enforced
The Add Record button is now correctly hidden once the configured maximum grid record limit is reached.
Corrected rounding miscalculation
Fixed a rounding inconsistency in data grid average calculations where results varied based on entry order.
Fixed calculated field refresh in Review
Fixed calculated fields on forms such as ASTM D6938 In-Place Density not refreshing when values are edited through the Review module.
Default values now consistently populate
Fixed an issue where default values did not apply when a picklist field was configured to use a data source instead of manually entered options.
Updated process for failed density tests
Updated the handling of failed density tests captured through configurable forms. When a retest is performed and also fails, a new pending field action is now created for the retest.
Previously, the original test continued to appear as needing a retest.
Review & Delivery
Client contact info displays properly
Closed issue that prevented the correct contact phone number to be populated when adding client contacts to project distribution lists.
Review email links corrected
Resolved an issue where email links sent from Review could open the Activity form under the wrong project when accessed by field staff.
The system now consistently opens the correct Activity form record within the appropriate project.
Lab
Improved lab review queue
Optimized backend queries to avoid server errors when loading the Review queue found in Lab - Concrete/Grout/Mortar.
Field
iPhone attachment description updates
Fixed a layout issue on iOS where uploading an image caused the description field to overlay other data entry fields.
Reports
Midnight batch times now appear
Midnight (00:00) batch times now render correctly on reports instead of appearing blank on concrete compressive strength reports.
Invoicing
Invoice performance improvement
Improved invoice save and query performance by adding database indexes to the Invoices tables, including CostTransactions.
Admin
Resolved unexpected logouts
Resolved an issue impacting Admin users in QC/Review, Scheduling, and Delivery where they would occasionally receive a “You are not authorized” message and be logged out unexpectedly.
Forms Store
New and updated templates now available in the Forms Store
New and updated form templates are now available in the Forms Store, giving your team access to the latest industry standards and added functionality. It’s easy to bring these templates into your Forms Library and start using them right away.
For those who have access to the Forms Store, follow these three easy steps to access the Forms Store and import these templates into your Forms Library today!
Navigate to Admin > Select Forms & Reports Library > Click on the Forms Store button in the top right-hand corner.
Quickly locate new and updated templates by filtering in the search bar with "New" and "Updated" tags.
