Case as Vice President of Managed Services, effective May 9, 2011.
Mr. Case has a 30 year track record in information technology dating back to 1980 when he started his career with Northwestern Bell / US West Communications. Most recently, he was Vice President of Technology for Kayxo, Inc., and prior to that he was Vice President of Network Operations for inContact, Inc. (Nasdaq: SAAS), a publicly-held Software as a Service (SaaS) Contact Center Software company.
