The Technical Support Engineer (TSE) provides front line support to Agile Frameworks customers, utilizing personal knowledge, tools and resources within Agile to understand customer issues, frame the service request and provide known solutions to customers quickly in a professional manner.

This is a full-time (40 hours) remote position working from 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. If located MN, this is a hybrid position working in our Bloomington, MN office Tuesday through Thursday from 10am-3pm and remotely the remainder of the week.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high availability for Service Portal submissions
  • Provide proactive and reactive assistance to all customers
  • Assess and understand the impact, severity and urgency of issues
  • Understanding of and ability to ask open-ended/close-ended/probing questions
  • Troubleshoot customer’s product issues using knowledge, tools and other internal resources
  • Record and document all issues/activities related to customers
  • Log all testing, troubleshooting and research done in process of resolution
  • Identify data requirements and assist with data collection
  • Assist customers with the implementation of workarounds/solutions
  • Facilitate conference calls / remote sessions to resolve product issues
  • Full ownership of technical issues until resolution provided
  • Set and manage expectations with customers, including regular and timely communications (daily)
  • Identify and seize opportunities to teach the customer about product usability, best practices -Ability to teach complex topics
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Be available and accessible to fellow co-workers

Ideal Work Experience and Skills

  • Strong customer service orientation and disposition
  • Interest in technology (although prior related technology expertise is not required)
  • Ability to work in multiple technical mediums simultaneously while remaining attentive to customer and their concern
  • Demonstrated experience with logical thinking and problem solving
  • Strong technical aptitude and computer skills (e.g., Web-based applications, Mobile applications, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-starter who is able to operate independently, within a team environment
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • IT experience including basic system administration and troubleshooting preferred
  • Analytical mindset

Solutions Consultant (SC) provides ongoing technical and project support to Agile Frameworks customers that are implementing our products into their environment.  The SC will utilize personal knowledge, tools, and resources within Agile to understand a customer’s business and workflow and assist in customizing and configuring a business solution.

Post live, the SC provides front line support to Agile Frameworks customers on usage summaries and training as well as issued that may arise through our service request portal, providing known solutions to customers quickly in a professional manner.

This is a full-time (40 hours) exempt remote position working from 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. If located MN, this is a hybrid position working in our Bloomington, MN office Tuesday through Thursday from 10am-3pm and remotely the remainder of the week.

Responsibilities

  • Builds rapport with and among all project stakeholders and instills confidence in the ability to add value and meet program and project objectives.
  • Serve as a client advocate and advance services that build long term relationships between the Company, its partners, and its customers
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to clients on Project and Change Management
  • Manage multiple and concurrent customer implementation projects within the Services organization
  • Plan, monitor and manage ongoing work
  • Provide quality assurance on all project deliverables
  • Communicate status to customers and stakeholders
  • Manage and negotiate ongoing delivery issues
  • Collaborate with other Agile Frameworks departments such as Sales, Products, Support and, Customer Success to create companywide best practices and global capabilities
  • Participate, with other key company representatives, in product discovery and industry research by serving as a subject matter expert
  • Provides thoughtful workflow analysis to ensure short term and long-term success
  • Identify areas of an opportunity for improvement within existing and new customer base
  • Supports needs for customer documentation and analysis towards growth and expansion, change management

Ideal Work Experience and Skills

  • Have strong experience, skills, and knowledge regarding project management, configuration, and training for SaaS business to business software solutions,
  • Continued selling of product value throughout implementation and training process to promote strong user adoption
  • Deep understanding of CMT (Construction Materials Testing) space and overall AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
  • Commitment to purpose and relevancy in understanding industry trends and motives
  • Ability to solution and *forecast unforeseen* obstacles using experience and skills
  • Adaptable support towards internal and external needs as necessary

As a Sales Executive you will be expected to speak fluently to the business challenges that Agile Frameworks solutions solve. The Sales Executive must also be fluent at amplifying the Agile Frameworks value proposition while working with external companies, existing customers, and internal departments. The territory will reach across the United States and Canada markets. In this role, the candidate will be tasked with delivering on an annual quota and be required to prospect, forecast, sell, and execute signed contracts.

This is a full-time (40 hours) hybrid position working in our Bloomington, MN office Tuesday through Thursday from 10am-3pm and remotely the remainder of the week.

Compensation

Base salary: $110,000 - $130,000
Variable Compensation at Quota: $146,000

Responsibilities

  • Articulate business benefits of Agile Frameworks solutions to the relevant audience.
  • Manage a volume business i.e. many deals in a given period.
  • Win deals in a competitive environment to overachieve targets.
  • Create leads from your own prospecting efforts, leverage your contacts, existing accounts, and partners.
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of business applications & cross lines of business.
  • Consult customer on ROI using business drivers while presenting product sale along with Pre-Sales.
  • Work closely with Pre Sales, Professional Services implementation teams on all customer projects as one team.
  • Participate in the creation, presentation, and sales of a complete value proposition via the telephone, internet, webinar and customer meetings.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sale as required.
  • Meet and exceed your quota.
  • Manage your territory to ensure all prospects in territory are marketed to and communicated effectively.
  • Attend industry trade shows and other events.
  • Understand an engineering firm's business, their opportunities, and challenges and to effectively position us to sell.
  • Represent Agile Frameworks with integrity and honesty selling and positions our product accurately and effectively.

Ideal Work Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of a bachelor’s degree and work experience.
  • 5+ year experience selling Vertical SaaS solutions preferred.
  • Consistent track record of delivering to quota and revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with internal/external clients.
  • Previous experience with SalesForce.com and other enterprise solutions is a prerequisite for this role.
  • You must have experience in quota achievement in a comparable role to be considered.
  • Strong sales skills including business justification, negotiation and closing.
  • Prospecting and/or new business background.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Expertise in demand generation in new markets from campaign conception to deal closure.

As a Solution Engineer, you will be expected to speak fluently to the business challenges that Agile Frameworks solutions solve. The Solution Engineer supports the pre-sales process and works alongside the sales representative to discover and identify the prospect’s needs and areas of optimization, to generate customized business solutions. The role of the Solution Engineer is to demonstrate and articulate the features of the software products, best suited for the prospect, and support the transition towards professional services to ensure success and satisfaction.

This is a full-time (40 hours) hybrid position working in our Bloomington, MN office Tuesday through Thursday from 10am-3pm and remotely the remainder of the week.

Compensation

Base Salary between $95,000 - $115,000 plus target variable comp of $55,000

Responsibilities

  • Work as one team with sales and professional services teams on all customer projects.
  • Understand hardware and software needs of prospects.
  • Work closely with product team to understand roadmap and coming features.
  • Support sales team in creation, presentation, and sale of a complete value proposition via the telephone, internet, webinar and customer meetings.
  • Support sales team in negotiation of pricing and contractual terms to close sale as required.

Ideal Work Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of a bachelor’s degree and work experience.
  • 1-3 experience as a Solution Engineer required.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in implementation and/or support in SaaS, ERP, or other software solutions either on premise or Cloud.
  • Familiarity with business hardware and software systems.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with internal/external clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience with SalesForce.com and other enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to create big picture software solutions.
