Scheduling

New Schedule Export Options

Added

With this release, we will complete the roll out our new schedule export options on the List view of the Scheduling module. These enhancements will allow schedulers an easy way to send a schedule via email to anyone within or outside of your organization. In addition to a Download option, users will be able to send work order schedules to recipients via email. The Send Combined... option sends the same export to all recipients. The Send Personalized... option only sends recipients an export of the work orders with which they're associated.

Form Designer

Added

Users can now add the field type 'Reference Image' to form designs, providing Lab and Field staff the ability to see reference material while completing work. These images can also be viewed on forms downloaded for Offline use in the field. To add this new field type to your form design, select the field type 'Reference Image' and upload the required file. Accepted file types include .png, .jpg, and .pdf

Added

Users can now add a 'Prevent Edits In Field Complete Or Review Status' form setting to Activity forms to prevent Field users from changing data on forms that are in a Complete or Review status. This setting is helpful if you want your field users to view the from but not make any updates to the record. Field staff can still copy the form record as a starting point for a new activity.

WBS Owner Filtering

Changed

The WBS Owner filters throughout MetaField will now only show users that own at least one phase of a Work Breakdown Structure. Previously, this filter contained all users of the system. This change allows users to quickly find the needed individual and filter accordingly.
