Added the ability to control access to the Equipment and Equipment Type tabs independently through distinct permissions

Added the ability to filter data by the Description field - filter looks for description text that contains the filter text

Added the ability to associate an office with an uploaded report

Added alternative rounding rules so metric values round to the nearest .5

Added the ability to define a scatter plot chart’s Y axis in a logarithmic scale

Modified the notifications to send technicians a “Work Order Unassigned” message when technicians are removed and the work order is saved in Draft status.
