Configurable Forms
Data Grid and Nested Forms Support Record Renumbering
Reordering controls are now available when Data Grid fields are configured with Display as Table. Previously, reordering records was only available when viewing a field in the default accordion view. This enhancement applies anywhere Data Grid fields appear, including the Field, Review, and Lab modules.
Reporting
Resolved Issue with Largest Test Age Placeholder Value for Report Descriptions
Customers wanting to use the Largest Test Age placeholder value when setting dynamic report descriptions will now see this value returned when generating reports for configurable (DIY) forms.
Report Generation
Performance Improvements when Generating Complex Reports
This release delivers performance improvements to the Preview Report and Finalize Report functions for configurable forms. The most noticeable gains will be in Boring Log report generation, where reports linking larger data sets previously caused slowdowns. Customers will also see faster performance when generating reports in the Other Materials Work Queues of the Lab module and in any Review module workflows that rely on configurable forms.
Scheduling
Improved Pending Field Actions for Configurable (DIY) Forms
Customers leveraging Scheduling will now see additional Pending Field Actions created for samples where there are field cures specimens. When samples are entered, the system will add an additional Pending Field Action to retrieve these field cures prior to each corresponding test age.
Equipment Calibration & Certification Notifications
Removed Limitation When Setting Lab Managers
Resolved issue when setting a lab supervior in Admin to receive certification alerts. Previously when searching for a name, only the top 10 matches were returned. Now all values will be present so users can set the appropriate lab manager.
Forms Store
New and updated templates now available in the Forms Store
New and updated form templates are now available in the Forms Store, giving your team access to the latest industry standards and added functionality. It’s easy to bring these templates into your Forms Library and start using them right away.
For those who have access to the Forms Store, follow these three easy steps to access the Forms Store and import these templates into your Forms Library today!
Navigate to Admin > Select Forms & Reports Library > Click on the Forms Store button in the top right-hand corner.
Quickly locate new and updated templates by filtering in the search bar with "New" and "Updated" tags.
