Form Designer
Generate Random Number Default Values
Form designers can now configure a field to default to a randomly generated number — useful for creating unique identifiers or reference codes without manual entry.
Specimen Count Function
A new function lets form designers return the total number of specimens on a record, making it easier to build calculations or conditional logic based on specimen quantity.
Drilling Methods Data Grid
Form designers can now include a Drilling Methods data grid on forms, enabling structured capture of drilling method intervals at different borehole depths.
Data Grid Lookup by Matching Value
Form designers can now look up a specific field value from a data grid by matching on another column — eliminating complex workarounds for referencing granular grid data in form-level calculations.
Expanded Project Lookup Options
The #Project lookup now exposes a broader set of project field values, giving designers more flexibility when building project-aware form logic.
Fracture Type Data Sources
Two new Fracture Type data sources are available, allowing pick lists to return just the fracture code — without the concatenated description — for more precise classification inputs.
Column Width Control for Boring Log Forms
Boring log forms can now specify column widths in nested sample forms, making it easier to see more data on screen at once.
SELECTOPTIONS Expression Now Fires with Data Source Pick Lists
The SELECTOPTIONS expression now correctly triggers auto-selection when a pick list is populated via a data source, not just when options are entered manually.
Reporting & Diagrams
Sample Number Now Appears on All Rows in Multi-Record Grid Reports
The Sample Number field now appears correctly on every row of a multi-record grid report, rather than only the first row.
Extra Blank Pages in Reports Resolved
An issue causing blank pages (containing only a header and footer) to appear in certain report templates has been fixed.

Horizontal grid lines for Y-axis labels on scatter plot charts in DIY lab forms were missing and have been restored.
Lab & Sample Management
Proctor Images Copy from Lab Test
Images attached to a lab test are now automatically copied to the associated proctor record, keeping data consistent without manual re-upload.
Specimen Reports and Breaksheet Approvals Are Faster
Finalizing specimen reports and approving concrete/grout/mortar breaksheets in the LIMS Work Queue — workflows that were seeing response times of 30–40+ seconds in some cases — have been significantly optimized.
Photos Now Load Correctly in QC with Performance Optimization Enabled
An issue where photos were not appearing in the Review/QC module when a specific performance optimization flag was active has been resolved.
Mandatory Fields Highlight Red on Check-In Screen
Required fields on the Field / Check-In screen now correctly turn red when a user tries to save without completing them, giving field technicians clear visual feedback.
Administration
Classification Stretch vs. Tile Option
Admins can now configure individual classifications to stretch to fill their depth range rather than tile — useful for elements like well tips in well diagram rendering.
Equipment Types Can Now Be Inactivated
Equipment types provisioned during initial environment setup can now be inactivated, restoring expected behavior for newer customer environments.

New and updated form templates are now available in the Forms Store, giving your team access to the latest industry standards and added functionality. It’s easy to bring these templates into your Forms Library and start using them right away.
For those who have access to the Forms Store, follow these three easy steps to access the Forms Store and import these templates into your Forms Library today!
Navigate to Admin > Select Forms & Reports Library > Click on the Forms Store button in the top right-hand corner.
Quickly locate new and updated templates by filtering in the search bar with "New" and "Updated" tags.
